FULL EVENT COORDINATION

REQUIRES 25% DEPOSIT TO RESERVE DATE

The Full Planning and Coordination Package is designed for clients seeking comprehensive guidance throughout every stage of their wedding planning journey. Our professional team takes charge of every aspect of your special day, ensuring a seamless and stress free experience from start to finish.

With this package, you'll have the opportunity to revel in the enjoyable aspects of planning your unique and stylish wedding, without the burden of anxiety or uncertainty. It's perfect for clients who may feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin.

At Asanas & Co., our lead event planners will expertly manage all vendor coordination, meticulously track your event budget, meticulously organize your timeline, and much more. As a bonus, we provide access to our most advanced event management tools and templates, ensuring that every detail is planned to perfection and aligned with your vision.

Our priority is to guide you through every step, from selecting your dream venue to customizing every detail of your wedding with you and your partner in mind. Let us take the reins, so you can relax and enjoy the journey to your unforgettable day.

Day of Coordination

  • Planning Progress Meeting & Venue Visit.

  • Review Signed Contracts and Confirm Vendor Logistics

  • Create and Manage Event Timeline (1.5 - 2 months out at minimum)

  • Meet Venue Coordinator & Other Vendors (1 month out)

  • Final Walk-Through with Venue

Event Day Management and Oversight

  • Delivery & Setup of Personal Items (There is a minimum capacity for items brought in for setup to ensure smooth coordination. Please review with coordinators.)

  • Manage Delivery and Setup of all Event Vendors

  • Coordination of Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception

  • Full use of Emergency kit

  • Unlimited phone Calls, Texts, & E-mails

  • Also includes the following:

    • Onsite Consultation/Supervision of Venue, Vendor Selection & Contract

    • RSVP Management & Seating Chart Setup

    • Assist with Venue Floor Plan Layout

    • Decoration Consultation, Planning, & Set up

Bonus:

  • Budget Management and Vendor Payments

  • Custom Event Welcome Sign

  • Scheduling all Vendor Meetings

  • Assist in the Selection of Invitations

  • Wedding Design & Decor

  • Rehearsal Dinner Consultation (optional)

DAY OF COORDINATION

REQUIRES 50% DEPOSIT TO RESERVE DATE

The Day of Coordinator service is tailored for clients who have independently planned their event but seek professional assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. Our Day of Coordinator Package is specifically designed for brides who have already secured their vendors but desire assurance that their meticulously planned details and vision will be flawlessly executed.

Our goal as event coordinators is to equip our clients with the necessary tools for a seamless transition of vendor information, alleviating the stress and anxiety associated with day of event management. With our expertise and support, clients can rest assured that their vision will be brought to life with precision and care.

Day of Coordination
